While we are predominantly in Yaounde, Douala, Limbe and Buea we hope to extend this service to the entire nation
Real Estate Development
Real estate development, or property development, is a business process, encompassing activities that range from the renovation and re-lease of existing buildings to the purchase of raw land and the sale of developed land or parcels to others. At GER Holdings we coordinate all of these activities, converting ideas from paper to real property. Real estate development is different from construction or housebuilding, although many developers also manage the construction process or engage in housebuilding. As developers we buy land, finance real estate deals, build or have builders build projects, develop projects in joint ventures, create, imagine, control, and orchestrate the process of development from beginning to end. We take the greatest risk in the creation or renovation of real estate .
Property management
What Is Property Management? Property management is the daily oversight of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate by a third-party contractor. Generally, property managers take responsibility for day-to-day repairs and ongoing maintenance, security, and upkeep of properties. Property management involves the processes, systems, and workforce required to manage the life cycle of all acquired property as defined above, including acquisition, control, accountability, responsibility, maintenance, utilization, and disposition.
Real Estate Consulting
At GER Holdings we are responsible for all aspects of rent, dues, and fees associated with the properties that we control. We are in charge of setting various fees based on market prices in the areas. This means that we know how to evaluate any property's features to find the best price for rent or fees.
